Toothscell
ToothScell serves families with kids aged between 5 and 11 yr, patients undergoing Orthodontic corrections, healthy individuals with wisdom teeth. ToothScell collects about to fall milk teeth or teeth extracted during Orthodontic treatments or extracted wisdom teeth, processes stem cells from tooth harvested pulp, acquires stem cell specific genomics data of the donor, who is the owner of the tooth collected, analyzes the sequence data integrating algorithms that generates predictive health signatures of the donor, cryopreserves the aliquot of sterile stem cell component in the biobank. The predictive health signature reads predisposition including oral cancers, heart ailments, and diabetes. ToothScell is to provide the donor an opportunity to elect any regenerative dentistry related applications through stored cells and to rectify or maintain a particular lifestyle to prevent or postpone the symptoms of the diseases that they are predisposed to by virtue of their genetic constitution, which is best read from their own stem cells genome
Collection and Process
Enrollment
Client gets enrolled by choosing the right plan; OPG will be analyzed to proceed
Sample Collection
The Sample is collected in a special kit and transported to our lab where the processing begins at the earliest
Post Screening
Post screening, the dental pulp will be extracted from the tooth with special equipment in the clean room adhering to international standards of sterility
Processing
The Sample is processed using our proprietary technology and the stem cells are isolated from Tooth Pulp
Quality Assurance
Before cryopreservation, the stem cells are subjected to quality control analysis for count viability, purity and potency
Freezing
Before cryopreservation, they are frozen @ the rate of 1o C per minute till they reach - 150o C after that a qualtiy check ins performed and they are cryopreserved
Cryo Storage
The Stem Cells are stored in imported cryo containers with Data logging for recording temperatures and Liquid Nitrogen back up systems
